Baby pictures from the last week or so

Editing these pictures can be hard because of conflicting artistic impulses. On the one hand, I like vivid pictures with a lot of contrast and detail in them. On the other hand, jacking up the contrast in a baby picture (or a picture of any human, but especially of a baby) can make it unflattering—simplicity and washed-out pastels emphasize the cuteness of the baby. I try to achieve some sort of balance, but, especially when the light wasn't good, it's not always possible.
