...I remember the other thing I was going to mention about Google Earth's toy flight-sim mode. There are about a dozen airports it can start you at, and one of them is Chicago's Meigs Field, because of course they'd put it in there--anyone who likes flight-sim software wants to take off at Meigs. But Meigs doesn't exist any more--the mayor had it (illegally) ripped up in the middle of the night and it got redeveloped into a park and sculpture garden. The scenery's been updated to reflect that. So you actually end up taking off through the sculpture garden. It's quite surreal.
