Yep, this page has a working RSS feed, all right. I suppose that's useful to somebody.
(I was inspired to check when Matt Welch asked how he could get one and was informed that he already had one. I'd heard that LiveJournals all have them.)
I've not yet found an aggregator for Windows that didn't run in a browser, or that didn't require adding the .NET infrastructure to my already clotted-with-crap home PC. The two I've liked were Feedreader (which is really a long way from finished-- I've never used less stable software) and RSS/NNTP, the dandy dealie that turns RSS feeds into newsgroups, accessable by any newsreader. Unfortunately for the latter, I don't have a good newsreader at work and attempting at first to use Opera 7's newsreading capabilities turned me off the whole deal. I know I shouldn't be using a browser or news and email, but it saves me from having 2 more windows open. (Instead I just have up to 2 more windows open inside my current window.)
There's a pretty cool shareware one for Macs called NetNewsWire. I don't know if it would be useful enough to me to pay for, but it looks slickly designed. It also has an integrated blog editor, but I've already got a pretty nice LJ client that is free.
