Or, come to think of it, maybe they can't. Will the LJ database honor things like FONT tags and STYLE elements embedded in events? I need to do some evil experiments.
Most of the tweaks I do from day to day are changes that you probably don't even notice when looking at my lastn page, without having the old and new versions side by side. My LJ style is a recognizable descendant of "Magazine," which I thought was one of the most tasteful and structurally correct of the available ones. But I keep discovering small infelicities in it that I want to fix.
