Bedtime thoughts

Apparently, several different people not only have different physical experiences, but different thoughts when falling asleep depending on whether they are lying on their backs, their left sides, or their right sides.
I don't think that happens to me. But I do find that it's much easier to fall asleep on my back, but that this is a very bad position for me to sleep in, with terrible snoring and sudden jerking awake and what might be apnea symptoms. I do much better on either side once I get to sleep, but it's harder to fall asleep that way.
Anyway, good night. I should be banking up sleep right now.
