mmcirvinSpeaking of the USSR, today would be the 100th birthday of Dmitri Shostakovich. I celebrated by listening to some Shostakovich in the car on the way to buy garbage bags and doormats.
(That wasn't supposed to be any sort of cute metaphor; I was just buying garbage bags and doormats.)
