Dear giant insurance company

We are not your customers any more, we do not own the automobile for which you keep demanding premiums, we have not owned it for several years, and for all we know it no longer exists.

Is this so hard to understand?

We haven't had time yet to get all vicious on their ass. We basically dumped this insurance company because they insisted on charging us for this car we don't own any more, even though I had called them up about it and the person I spoke to confirmed via registry records that, yes, the car no longer belonged to us. So, we got a new insurance agent. In addition to notifying the old one that our current two cars were changing policies, the agent helpfully included a copy of the statement from the RMV saying we no longer owned the old car. So, today in the mail I get this notice saying that old insurance company has dropped coverage on the two cars we actually possess, but will continue billing us for the car we sold three years ago. Fuckers! We had better get a damn refund!

Tell them you will start charging them every time they call. If they continue, send invoices

They don't call, though. They just keep on automatically extracting money from our bank account.

Tell your bank that they've been fraudulently taking money from your account and see if you can have the bank block future transfers.
