Here are a few pictures of Jorie from a couple of weeks ago, just uploaded:

Sometimes I feel we've just moved in, or as if we lost a year at this house—when you're raising a little baby there's not much else you have energy to deal with, and just going outside can be a major expedition. Now Jorie's big enough that we can just go outside and let her run around, and the weather is finally getting nice enough that it's feasible.

She's so cute!

Suddenly she no longer looks like a baby anymore.

You've got a fenced in yard? That's going to make your life a lot easier, until she can throw/kick her balls over the fence -- then you're going to spend all your time recovering them. (Probably a good one, maybe two weeks of ease there.)

Are there other kids in your neighborhood she can play with?

There are no huge spaces to run around in, but we've got a small fenced-in back yard and a small side area that is separately fenced in. We haven't put a lot of effort into caring for them over the past year, and will have to do some catching up.

There are indeed a fair number of neighborhood kids, some about her age.
