Nestor was enjoying the sun and generally being lazy on the cat perch by the rear window, the same one Niobe was using here (http://world.std.com/~mmcirvin/niobe_stares.jpg). He was immobile enough not to particularly care that I was shoving a camera in his face.
But I think my favorite close-up photo is still this one of Radka (http://www.ratemykitten.com/ratemy/kitten?image=38789), though I did have to digitally de-booger it slightly.
