yay tooltips

Hey, at long last, Safari actually pops up TITLE attributes in tooltips (like most other modern browsers) rather than just displaying them in the status bar, and they can appear on elements other than links. This seems to be a WebCore improvement in 10.3.2 rather than one in Safari proper, because it also works in Xjournal's HTML previews. Nice going.

I had read this post (http://weblogs.mozillazine.org/hyatt/archives/2003_12.html#004377) last week and I'm glad to see them in this update as there was no mention of WebCore improvements in the description. Now I don't have to read the titles for Achewood (http://www.achewood.com/) at work!
