mmcirvinYesterday, I updated my car registration at the Massachusetts RMV site. It's nice that they let you do this, but the classic screwup happened: I went through the entire process including entering credit card billing information, then hit the final "complete" button and got a server misconfiguration error page.
Fortunately, I waited to see whether a confirmation e-mail would appear before I did anything else; turns out it went through OK.
Infuriating, though. Many would not be so slow to jump to conclusions.
