Via Wikipedia: An extremely skeptical article by Dwayne Day on the supposed "Blackstar" orbital spaceplane claimed by Aviation Week reporter William Scott to have been built and possibly flown in the 1990s. Day says that Scott has a history of poorly-sourced stories about mystery aircraft of questionable existence.
